Joining PGP in 2011, Weaver Investment Company brings significant experience in aiding the company to expand and operate our portfolio of courses. Founded in 1939 as the W. H. Weaver Construction Company in Greensboro, NC, the Weaver family of businesses has grown steadily over the years through strategic acquisitions and expansions of its own businesses as well as becoming investment partners in a multitude of asset growth opportunities.. The Weaver Investment Company now comprises such diverse holdings as; Pella Windows and Doors of NC and TN one of the largest Pella distributors in the US, Park Center Management, a commercial and apartment property management company, KMW Builders, a full service general contractor working on projects throughout North and South Carolina, Stoney Creek Golf Club and Pinnacle Golf Properties. Weaver is also a partner with Quaintance-Weaver Restaurants and Hotels, which includes the nationally recognized Platinum LEED certified Proximity Hotel and the O. Henry Hotel in Greensboro, North Carolina. The company gives back to the community through the Weaver Foundation, which has been serving the Greensboro community since 1967.
