Position Title: Food and Beverage Director

Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,000
The WildeWood Club is a highly successful private club located in Columbia, SC. The golf course was designed by Russell Breeden and opened in 1976. Built on over 160 acres, there is not a single parallel fairway as the course unfolds through the rolling terrain of the Sandhills. The layout is fair, yet challenging for all players, with excellent course conditions and Tif-Eagle Bermuda greens. Each hole is framed by great oak and pine trees making it one of the most playable golf courses in the area. The WildeWood Club enjoys a full clubhouse, Pub, driving range, putting green, golf lessons for all level of players and golf shop.
Basic Function:
Direct all food & beverage and housekeeping related activities for the facility. Ensure the profitable operations of a dynamic and efficient Food and Beverage Department through direct execution of all day-to-day functions. Guidance and direction of the personnel and control of the resources at hand to obtain budgeted goals as a minimum standard. Creation of high efficiency and productivity at minimum cost while maintaining a quality operation. To provide competent, efficient and friendly service where each employee can contribute to the comfort, well-being and safety of our customers.
Educations, Knowledge and Training:
- 3-5 years management experience or training or…
- Equivalent of hands-on training in the restaurant, golf club, hotel/restaurant management.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- High School Degree required. Some college training preferred.
