Pinnacle Golf Properties is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Property Accountant to join our growing corporate accounting team.
This position is responsible for day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for an assigned portfolio of golf course properties. Working closely with General Managers, Regional Controllers, and the corporate accounting team, the Property Accountant plays an important role in delivering accurate financial information that supports operational excellence across our growing portfolio.
Unlike many accounting positions, this role offers regular interaction with operational leaders and the opportunity to see firsthand how financial reporting drives the success of golf clubs across multiple markets. You’ll become a trusted business partner to our club leadership while developing broad experience across a diverse portfolio of golf properties.

Position Overview
The Property Accountant is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting functions for an assigned portfolio of approximately 6–8 golf course properties. This position prepares accurate financial statements, maintains general ledger activity, completes reconciliations, assists with budgeting and forecasting, and provides financial support to property leadership.
Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. As familiarity with our systems and processes grows, opportunities exist to expand responsibilities and support additional properties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Two to three years of accounting experience preferred.
- Hospitality, golf, club, or multi-location accounting experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Familiarity with Club Prophet, Lightspeed, or other point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
- High level of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
